Create your own sampler by selecting any combination of at least ten (10) cigars. This is a great way to smoke those cigars you always wanted to try. Individual orders must be for a minimum of 10 cigars.

- All cigars will be shipped U.S. Priority Mail (2-3 Days) to guarantee freshness.

- Rhode Island residents must add the seven percent (7%) sales tax and 80% or 50 cents per cigar tobacco tax. When ordering from this web site the 7% sales tax will automatically be added when you choose R.I. for delivery. The tobacco tax will be added to your order, for any tobacco products you ordered, when your order ships.
- All merchandise is carefully checked before shipment. If you are not satisfied with the product, you must contact us within three (3) days to receive a return authorization. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the package being returned to us. Packages returned without our authorization number will be refused.
- We will issue full credit for two (2) or less cigars smoked from a box. Credit will be proportionately given for what is returned. Regency Cigar Emporium, LLC., will not accept cigars returned after ten (10) days.
- If your favorite brand is not listed, please call us toll-free (1-888-338-8886). Please have second or third choices for popular brands that may be unavailable. Our sales team can help you.

We do ship internationally with cryptocurrency payment only. Once we ship your order we are no longer responsible for the condition, transit times, or delivery of your order. All international sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges for international orders that are processed and shipped.
